My name is Jeff. Over the past few years I’ve picked up a number of poor eating habits, and as a result, I gained weight. Although I exercise a few times a week on my own, I can’t seem to drop any weight. I thought I was eating and exercising the right way but apparently not. I decided to take a different approach and talk to a professional fitness trainer/nutritionist. I reached out a friend for help. She pointed me in a direction that ultimately led me to Laleh. I spoke to a few different fitness trainers, but what set Laleh apart from the others was her incredible attitude and energy. I setup an appointment with her to discuss my current fitness and nutrition regiment. By the end of our appointment, I couldn’t believe how off track I was. Laleh explained to me what I was doing wrong, and educated me on what I should be doing. She gave me all of the tools that I needed to put me on a better path. It’s been around four month since our initial appointment and I am happy to say that I lost just about 20 pounds and I feel great. I can’t thank you enough for your help. Also, thank you for taking the time to come to my home and show me how to prepare my meals. For me, that was a key component to succeeding. You are the best!

I came to Laleh at the end of December with a goal to compete in a Men's Physique Competition, March 16th. I have been athletic my entire life, but my weight has fluctuated up and down, but I had never been able to break through plateaus to reach my true fitness goals. I worked out extremely hard, but I was missing something. Laleh was the missing piece of the puzzle. What I learned about nutrition through Laleh's guidance truly empowered me to take control of my body and mind. I learned how to feed my body the right things, often, to allow me to take my training to the next level, all while feeling better than I ever have before. Laleh provided me the nutritional education and support to allow me to take control of my diet and weight for the rest of my life, and not remain prisoner to bad nutrition.

I needed help preparing for a photo shoot; and I knew Laleh was the right coach to take my body to the next level!  As a Personal Chef by trade, I have a strong grasp on nutrition and clean eating.   Yet, there's always room for improvement. Laleh has a delicate way of pushing you to grow and really hones in on your goal.  The weekly nutrition and cardio program that she designed was completely manageable, and most importantly I  felt nutritionally balanced throughout my entire transformation.  She really made it easy to stick to.  Laleh monitored my progress and made adjustments along the way to help reach my goal to lose 8 lbs...  In the end, with some discipline on my part and Laleh's expertise,  I exceeded my goal and lost 10 lbs...no sweat! (well, maybe a little).  I couldn't have done it without her constant encouragement and motivation.  Thanks a million, Laleh!  You're an inspiration to many!!!

I had been wanting to do a show for a while. A friend of mine who is pretty well known in that community basically told me that he was tired of listening to me talk about it and that I just needed to pick a show and do it. So with that in mind I started looking around for someone to do my nutrition. A woman who went to my gym always used to talk about how she did photo shoots and how much she liked the woman who did her nutrition.  This person is actually Melanie Rivera, one of Laleh's other testimonials. I met with Laleh and she told me basically the same thing my friend told me, I needed to pick a show.  So I did.  We decided on one 5 months from our initial meeting.  Little did I know, I was about to undertake 5 of the most difficult months of my life! Laleh laid it all out for me.  It definitely wasn't easy to do, but one thing was for sure, it was not complicated. Every meal of every day and all of my cardio for 5 months was all planned out for me I wasn't always happy about it and I definitely let her know sometimes, but I did it, ALL. She checked in with me about once every three weeks to see how the changes she had made were affecting my body. She helped me critique my posing each time we met as well. I got sick the final few days before the show and Laleh helped coach me back to health. She helped me carb load and cut water the last week. Laleh was even there during the show telling me what I needed to eat the entire time. The results were phenomenal. I rocked my first show. Even though I only competed against 1 other guy in my height class, the judges unanimously chose me as the winner. Then the winners of all 6 classes competed once more against each other and I placed 2nd overall, out of about 40 guys!! I am very content with my achievements and the large part Laleh played in making them possible. I will be doing another show next year. Needless to say, she will be doing my nutrition again for that one.

I am proud to call myself a client of Laleh's since 2008. Laleh has completely transformed my body. Not only physically but emotionally as well. I am doing things I never thought I could do. I started with half our training sessions and have worked my way up to hour long sessions. I am not someone who is inclined to work out on my own.
