Every Sunday, I spend about 1–2 hours cooking a few protein options like:

  • Chicken breast

  • Ground turkey

  • Eggs

  • Lean Beef

Nothing fancy. No complicated recipes.

Just simple, done, and ready.

How This Makes My Week So Much Easier

During the week, I don’t “cook meals” from scratch.

I assemble them.

Here’s what that looks like:

  • Add protein to a salad 🥗

  • Throw it into a wrap 🌯

  • Pair it with rice, sweet potatoes and veggies 🍚
