If you’re a busy woman over 35 — especially a busy mom — that messaging can make you feel like you’ve done something wrong.
Let me be clear right away:
You didn’t ruin your progress.
And you absolutely do not need a detox.
In fact, extreme post-holiday plans often do more harm than good — especially for women 35+.

Most detoxes and extreme resets rely on:
